![]() Don Cole President and Founder Don brings over 20 years of experience in the HCM & online learning arena to eSkillz. Having worked for companies such as Fujitsu, KnowledgePool, and Global Mentoring, Don has been a part of the evolution of the content, LMS, and HCM sectors. Don formed eSkillz with the intent to bring unparalleled customer service to the industry, matched with a rewarding & integrity-focused corporate culture. Don lives bicoastal, bouncing from Laguna Beach, CA, to Washington, D.C., and can be found trying to catch a wave when his travels take him to a surfing town. ![]() Chrissy Guerra Zehr Vice President, Finance, Credit and Collections Chrissy started with eSkillz in 2012 and over the past decade has worked in key roles within each eSkillz department, including instituting our virtual event management service line. Chrissy helped lay the foundation for the internal infrastructure we have in place today and continues to work diligently to improve efficiency, productivity, and accuracy across the entire company. She works tirelessly to build an environment filled with joy, opportunity, inclusion, diversity, collaboration, kindness, and learning, and she’s known for appreciating vintage forms of communication such as mail, newspapers, chalkboards, and typewriters. Her handwritten "Happy Mail" inspirational notes to staff are something everyone appreciates and looks forward to receiving. One of her most well-known inspiring messages—"Brick by Brick"—helps remind us that greatness and excellence are not achieved overnight, but over time, with consistent, daily effort. Chrissy lives in Texas with her husband and enjoys spending time with her dog and loves watching Texas sunsets from her patio in the hill country. ![]() Elizabeth Bagley Vice President, Business Development Elizabeth joined eSkillz by way of Oracle/Taleo/Learn, bringing 10+ years of LMS arena expertise. She pioneered our Professional Services division, responsible for efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout client implementations and supporting admin operations. She then served as VP of eSkillz Solutions over all eSkillz services, and now Elizabeth spearheads our Business Development team. Elizabeth began her career providing training and technical support for children and adults with disabilities. Elizabeth is raising her 4 children in South Carolina & is honored to serve on the board for the Special Olympics of SC. ![]() Cris Colon Director, Professional Services Cris has been in the talent management industry for over 20 years. He joins the eSkillz team with 8+ years of experience implementing the Cornerstone SaaS product in the Public Sector space. Cris is certified across all Cornerstone modules and was regarded as one of the top product experts when he was at Cornerstone. Cris is tasked in leading the Professional Services team in delivering world-class consulting services and implementations. He is also charged with developing and deepening the services team skills and abilities to meet the complex needs of our clients. Cris seeks to continually improve processes and increase efficiencies that build a strong organization for our clients. Originally from Queens, NY, Cris has lived in Tampa, FL for 30 years with his wife, three adult children, and Scotty. Cris enjoys DYI projects, cooking and traveling. ![]() LeighAnn Tufts Marketing Manager LeighAnn joined eSkillz in 2016 via Oracle/Taleo/Learn as an accomplished designer/developer and has 10+ years of industry experience and more than 175 design implementations to her credit. She currently lends her marketing expertise to eSkillz as Marketing Manager, providing creative direction and event support, and overseeing production of various eSkillz print and web media. She specializes in UI and UX design and development, combining skill and creativity with expert product knowledge for both internal and client-facing design projects. She loves to problem solve, is known to Google anything and everything, and usually has 100 browser tabs open as a result. LeighAnn is from sweet home Alabama but has lived in NYC for 10+ years, and she enjoys playing the piano, trying new restaurants, and relaxing in Central Park in her spare time. |
![]() Melissa Guerra Chief Operating Officer and Founder Having cofounded the company with Don 15 years ago, Melissa has been the driving arm to institute a strategic support and services delivery methodology defined by incomparable customer service and superior execution. Melissa has more than 20 years of experience in service delivery and this is her third time bringing to life an operational model from the ground up. Her 400+ client portfolio span all sectors with a specific niche in federal and state. She oversees all operations and strategic partnerships and shapes our company vision, driving customer and employee success. She also lives bicoastal except hers are the gulf of Mexico via San Antonio and the Potomac. ![]() Josh Rogers Vice President, Technical Innovation & IT Josh is a self-starter, bringing over 20 years of experience in project management, learning management system (LMS) implementations, system integrations and custom software development to the eSkillz team. He founded Open Jar Media in 2004 to serve a wide range of clients by providing IT/ e-learning consulting, implementation, and configuration services. He’s also been involved in the production of e-learning, multimedia and live streaming video projects during his lengthy career in the industry, serving clients in healthcare, wireless communications, insurance, financial, hospitality, manufacturing, sports performance and non-profit sectors. In his role as VP of Technical Innovation & IT, Josh oversees a diverse team of innovative designers, strategists, consultants, engineers, and information technology specialists. These skilled teams are focused on solving client problems and providing the best customer service possible, while having fun along the way. Josh lives outside of Chicago, and most days you can find him trying to keep up with his three teenagers who march in band and play volleyball and soccer. ![]() Adair Empson Director, Professional Services Adair joined eSkillz in 2017 after working at Oracle/Taleo/Learn, bringing 13+ years of Learning Management expertise. Acting as a Director of the Professional Services team, Adair helps oversee our team of implementation consultants, project managers, system administrators, and SMEs, and helps administrators and managers navigate all of the complex technical and functional details associated with product functionality. She enjoys supporting customers by finding creative ways to maximize their systems and efficiently streamline their processes. Adair lends her key product insight to our Best Practices and User Groups, ensuring these events are effective and worthwhile. Adair loves traveling and exploring new places, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Samaritan’s Purse, and leading her Cardio Drumming exercise class. ![]() Cathy Bartlett Director, Operations Cathy joined eSkillz in 2016 after spending 14 years with Learn/Taleo/Oracle in various roles. For over 18 years she has assisted hundreds of customers by directly configuring their systems and providing consulting support and best practices. During her time at eSkillz, she has been instrumental in streamlining our internal processes for our Professional Services team and manages client billing and reporting. Cathy hails from Oklahoma and is very proud of her Cherokee ancestry as well as her large family, which includes 13 grandchildren! Cathy also co-owns a family restaurant with her daughter, where you can find her making homemade cakes and cupcakes on the weekends. You can always count on Cathy for a smile (and a bad joke!). |
![]() Jaki Glenn Executive Vice President, Operations After consistently earning recognition as a top revenue producer early in her career, Jaki naturally transitioned into sales leadership, gaining valuable experience across various roles including serving as a Product Marketing Director, focusing on product positioning and differentiation, and as a Product Management Director, bridging product gaps. Jaki also held the position of Business Unit Leader, ensuring efficient execution of a partnership-based courseware offering. As the VP of Revenue Strategy and Enablement, she led global efforts in revenue strategy, sales optimization, and cross-functional enablement. Bringing a wealth of expertise to eSkillz, Jaki now oversees our revenue growth and go-to-market strategies, while fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational excellence. Jaki resides in the Upstate of South Carolina with her husband, three children, and a diverse menagerie of horses, dogs, cats, and chickens. ![]() Maya Biggs Vice President, Professional Services Maya has over 15 years of professional services experience in the Human Capital Management software industry. She has managed numerous system implementations, multi-project programs and optimization engagements within the Public and Private sectors. Maya's first role at eSkillz was Director of Professional Services, where she oversaw our team of implementation consultants, project managers, system administrators, and SMEs. Today, she leads all of Professional Services, collaborating cross-functionally to develop efficient organizational processes to meet strategic business objectives, ensuring eSkillz provides an unparalleled, customer-oriented client experience and builds long-lasting client relationships. In her spare time, Maya loves to travel, explore different cuisines and spend time with her family. ![]() Alma Najarro Director, Professional Services Alma started her career at the United States Tennis Association (USTA). She joined eSkillz in 2016, bringing with her 20+ years of experience in project management, learning and development, and learning management systems (LMS) administration. At eSkillz, Alma started as a Program Manager, where she executed various learning and development projects and provided exceptional system administrator support. She then served as Manager of Professional Services, overseeing a team of system admins, instructional designers, project managers and SMEs. Today, she is a Director of Professional Services, leading the Department of Commerce, WalkMe, and Performance Support teams. Alma’s emphasis is successfully balancing executives’ visions while effectively meeting the complex needs of our clients. She is focused on guiding, monitoring and leading her team in an inspiring and collaborative environment with an open and transparent communication culture. Being an avid tennis player, Alma enjoys watching tennis and traveling with her family to different tennis events. ![]() John Frye Director, Live Support Services John has 15+ years of experience in Management, Training and Development, Human Resources, and Customer Service. In his earlier career, he worked for a cruise line, where he learned about the value of customer service and being part of a large organization. After transitioning back to land, John pivoted to Human Resources and Learning and Development, having earned an MSA in HR and receiving his PHR certification. He has worked as a corporate trainer for multiple companies and understands the value of having a highly trained and engaged staff. John joined eSkillz as a Docebo Implementation Consultant, helping clients achieve their goals with their Docebo Learning Management System. He now manages the eSkillz Live Support Division, overseeing all aspects of end-user support. Live Support ensures that users have access to immediate live support so they can complete the training they need to build their skills. John loves a good puzzle. He finds that solving a Rubik’s cube can help solve a different problem. There are usually four or five on his desk at any time. |
