Don brings over 20 years of experience in the HCM & online learning arena to eSkillz. Having worked for companies such as Fujitsu, KnowledgePool, and Global Mentoring, Don has been a part of the evolution of the content, LMS, and HCM sectors. Don formed eSkillz with the intent to bring unparalleled customer service to the industry, matched with a rewarding & integrity-focused corporate culture. Don lives bicoastal, bouncing from Laguna Beach, CA, to Washington, D.C., and can be found trying to catch a wave when his travels take him to a surfing town.
Operations & Client Services
Mike joined eSkillz in 2018 after a robust career of 25 years in the Federal Government. One of his proudest Public Sector roles was at the Office of Personnel Management as the e-Training/GoLearn Program Executive, which—along with the 26 other Presidential E-Government Initiatives—was the impetus for the Government-wide movement to Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Cloud solutions. Mike is active in his church, enjoys coaching wrestling, participating in triathlons, playing golf, and reading. He lives in Maryland and has a 16 year old daughter.
Director, Professional Services
Adair joined eSkillz in 2017 after working at Oracle/Taleo/Learn, bringing 13+ years of Learning Management expertise. Heading the eSkillz Corporate Services team, Adair helps oversee our team of implementation consultants, project managers, system administrators, and SMEs, and helps administrators and managers navigate all of the complex technical and functional details associated with product functionality. She enjoys supporting customers by finding creative ways to maximize their systems and efficiently streamline their processes. Adair lends her key product insight to our Best Practices and Oracle Learn User Groups, ensuring these events are effective and worthwhile. Adair loves traveling and exploring new places, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and Samaritan’s Purse, and leading her Cardio Drumming exercise class.
Live Support Services
As the Program Manager of our Live Support Services division, Randi brings over 12 years of experience in the customer service industry to eSkillz. She oversees the implementation and execution of all Live Support clients, achieving unprecedented customer service user satisfaction ratings. She leads a team of exceptional Support Specialists in providing LMS & application customer support to millions of end-users. She’s also a pretty avid gamer.
Chief Operating Officer
Having been partnered with Don Cole for 17 years, Melissa has been the driving arm to institute a strategic support and service methodology defined by incomparable customer service, attention to detail, and superior execution. She leads all aspects of client success and engagement within our government and private sectors and has run operations since eSkillz’s inception. She oversees deployments and strategic partnerships and shapes our company vision and solutions, driving customer success. Melissa calls D.C. home but is a Texas gal at heart.
Vice President, Information Technology
Andre is a trusted, strategic leader who is helping humanness shine through empathetic tech-enablement and innovative long-term software solutions. With 11+ years of business partnership and development expertise, he provides results-oriented business value while being passionate about collaboration, sustainable growth, realizing customer visions, and cybersecurity. He lives in Colorado and is an aspiring yogi.
Director, Professional Services
Josh is a self-starter, bringing over 15 years of experience in project management, learning management system (LMS) implementations, system integrations and custom software development to the eSkillz team. He founded Open Jar Media in 2004 to serve a wide range of clients by providing IT/ e-learning consulting services, including implementation and configuration of the Oracle Taleo Learn LMS. He’s also been involved in the production of e-learning, multimedia and live streaming video projects during his lengthy career in the industry, serving clients in healthcare, wireless communications, insurance, financial, hospitality, manufacturing, sports performance and non-profit sectors. Heading the eSkillz Shared Services team, Josh helps oversee our team of implementation consultants, project managers, system administrators, and SMEs. Josh lives outside of Chicago and most days you can find him trying to keep up with his three teenagers who march in band, play volleyball and soccer.
Virtual Event Management
Darcee brings 20 years of expertise in the training & virtual event arena to eSkillz. Having been an eSkillz client while at Cricket Communications, she has valuable insight into both sides of a successful implementation. Managing our Virtual Event Management division, Darcee cultivates a team focused on best practices in web-conferencing execution, event planning, and training efficiencies. She is a music aficionado and lights up the dance floor at any conference we attend.
Vice President, eSkillz Solutions
Elizabeth joined eSkillz by way of Oracle/Taleo/Learn, bringing 10+ years of LMS arena expertise. She pioneered our Professional Services division, responsible for efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout client implementations and supporting admin operations, and now heads up eSkillz Solutions, encompassing Live Support, Professional Services, Virtual Event Management, and Global Services. Elizabeth began her career providing training and technical support for children and adults with disabilities. Elizabeth is raising her 4 children in South Carolina & is honored to serve on the board for the Special Olympics of SC.
Director, Professional Services
Maya has over 15 years of professional services experience in the Human Capital Management software industry. She has managed numerous system implementations, multi-project programs and optimization engagements within the Public and Private sectors. Heading the eSkillz Government Services team, Maya helps oversee our team of implementation consultants, project managers, system administrators, and SMEs. She collaborates cross-functionally to develop efficient organizational processes to meet strategic business objectives, ensuring eSkillz provides an unparalleled, customer-oriented client experience and builds long-lasting client relationships. In her spare time, Maya loves to travel, explore different cuisines and spend time with her family.
Chrissy has been in the HR & Virtual Training space for 8+ years. She heads up Human Resources for the organization and has implemented a Quality Assurance department that strategically specializes in ensuring efficiencies and only the best customer service levels across all company divisions. Chrissy was the creator of the eSkillz Virtual Event Management division, adding a fabulous virtual training support arm to our solution suite. She considers dogs, dancing, and playing the acoustic guitar the best parts of life.
LeighAnn joined eSkillz in 2016 via Oracle/Taleo/Learn as an accomplished designer/developer and has 10+ years of industry experience and more than 175 design implementations to her credit. She currently lends her marketing expertise to eSkillz as Marketing Manager, providing creative direction and event support, and overseeing production of various eSkillz print and web media. She specializes in UI and UX design and development, combining skill and creativity with expert product knowledge for both internal and client-facing design projects. She loves to problem solve, is known to Google anything and everything, and usually has 100 browser tabs open as a result. LeighAnn is from sweet home Alabama but has lived in NYC for 7 years, and she enjoys playing the piano, trying new restaurants, and relaxing in Central Park in her spare time.
