Many services vendors lock their customers into large contracts and fixed units that expire and that do not allow for flexibility in utilizing service hours for their true needs. eSkillz instead offers ‘buckets’ of hours that can be used, as needed, by our clientele. In addition, these buckets can be used for any Human Capital Management need (across the suites such as Performance, Learning, Recruiting, etc.) including admin training, actual configuration, course development or large scale projects. We do not charge different fees for different expertise sets and our hours do not expire. All unused hours roll over to the next annual renewal year, ensuring that our clients truly utilize them as needed and maximize their benefit from our expert crew.

At eSkillz, we have the capacity to provide services on any Learning Management System (LMS). Due specifically to our large federal footprint (Commerce, Labor, GSA & NARA to name a few), eSkillz has spent the last 10 years implementing, designing and optimizing our LMS clientele across vendors that our agencies and organizations select. We have specific experience on the top platforms including Oracle, SAP, Cornerstone OnDemand, SumTotal, Absorb and Moodle to name a few. Whereby your LMS may be new to eSkillz, we take on the research and training necessary to provide effective services and we do so with the guidance and leadership of our senior LMS consultants that possess overall LMS knowhow and best practices.

One of our key LMS success drivers has been ‘creative’ solutions. Our fantastic developers have built a sophisticated reporting engine, called EDV (eSkillz Data Visuals) which allows us to customize LMS data dashboards. The need behind this came from our customers wanting to see dashboard type views of user course completions, Learning Plans completions and specifically on CMI interactions/SCORM behavior. While this data is housed in an LMS, it is not readily available in an easy reporting view. Our CMI interaction dashboards now give our clients compelling stats around their courses such as most incorrect answered question, time spent on individual slides, and time spent on total course to name a few.
