Administrator Support

Much like our end-user support services, our 'Administrator Support' is dedicated support instead geared towards the administrators of your training solution or custom application. As training solutions and applications such as Learning Management Systems become more comprehensive, the back-end and control panels become more complex as well. eSkillz Administrator Support is available to provide your key administrators with on-demand support that is specific to the day to day maintenance and development inquiries that are most applicable to their roles as administrators.

Administrator Support includes overall general assistance with navigation and use of the clients back-end application including control panel steps to assist administrators in their training management. As a function of Administrator Support, eSkillz will provide access to an online, client and also admin-specific, Live Support classroom (chat room). The classroom is integrated into our client's existing application interface through a seamless link place strategically in the client's software application. Through that link, eSkillz instructors are passed client approved user data which in turn allows them too quickly and efficiently recognize who they are and specifically where they're coming from. This allows our instructors to immediately dive into what the users' specific problem is and initiate resolution. Users can also gain access to eSkillz instructors through email or a designated "toll free number" to ensure that support is made available for all learning styles.
